Manufacture of Dental Implants, Prosthetics, and Tools
Every doctor using a specific implant or product can significantly reduce their product costs in a simple manner: Submit a drawing or STL file of the component (implant, abutment, or instrument). Or, you can contact us to discuss the specifications of the product you need, and we will handle the engineering and manufacturing.
Every product is created with special care and attention
We use the most advanced high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment during production with the end goal of creating a fitting and useful product for our customers and patients. We conduct continuous and systematic quality control of all products we manufacture, and all the products are packaged in an ISO class 7 clean room – the product will not leave the factory unless it is in perfect condition!
SLA Surface Treatment (Sandblast, Large-grit, Acid-etch)
SLA is a type of surface treatment that creates surface roughness intending to enhance osseointegration through greater bone-to-implant contact (BIC). Through osseointegration, SLA helps provide increased stability to the implant which will ultimately lengthen its longevity. We will also perform sandblasting sterilization processes, advanced technology surface treatments, and sterile packaging in the highest standard clean room.
